TERMS & CONDITIONS
These are the Terms & Conditions of Sale applicable to online purchases from CH Collection SA®. These conditions should also be read in conjunction with CH Collection SA® general website terms and conditions of use.
These terms and the laws of South Africa apply to all transactions for the purchase of CH Collection SA® products from CH Collection SA® through its web site at These terms represent the complete agreement between CH Collection SA® and the buyer covering the sale of products from this site. Except for terms implied by applicable legislation, CH Collection SA® does not offer or agree to any conditions, guarantees or representations relating to the quality, description or characteristics of the products other than those set out in these terms. The buyer’s completion of the order form on this site will constitute an offer to the buyer to purchase products CH Collection SA®. All orders are subject to acceptance by CH Collection SA®.
The prices to be paid by the buyer for all products will be CH Collection SA®’s current selling price on the date of receipt by CH Collection SA® of the order, less any applicable discounts in effect at that time. All orders will attract a delivery charge as set out on the delivery charges page of the checkout.
CH Collection SA® reserves the right to change its prices from time to time without prior notice to the buyer.
Delivery charges to the nominated address will be advised to the buyer on the delivery charges screen and on the checkout: shopping summary screen.
VOUCHERS / PROMOTIONAL COUPONS
From time to time CH Collection SA® present customers with vouchers, and these may be used/redeemed on shop online to reduce order values. Only one voucher may be used at a time. Vouchers must be used prior to their expiry date, and in accordance with the conditions issued with that voucher. Discount vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other sales discounts, promotional offers or products on sale unless the specific terms relating to the promotional discount codes state that you can combine the promotional discount code with other offers.
If a product is “out of stock” when CH Collection SA® processes an order, CH Collection SA® will contact the buyer to discuss revised delivery times or refund options.
ORDER DELIVERY AND CANCELLATION
All orders made by the buyer under this agreement must be placed using the web pages on this site and must specify the information requested, including (but without limitation):
(a) Quantity and description of products
(b) The full street address to which the product is to be delivered
(c) Current billing address to which credit card statements are sent (FICA).
The Buyer must complete all information requested on this website and credit card payment sites for the order to be processed by CH Collection®.
CH Collection SA® will not accept orders:
(a) From trade customers who are buying Products for resale;
(b) If the buyer does not offer to pay by one of the credit cards listed in this website; or
(c) If the buyer’s credit card provider does not confirm the payment.
CH Collection SA® will send the buyer an email acknowledging the products ordered as soon as possible after the buyer places an order. If CH Collection SA® does not accept the buyer’s order for any reason, it will inform the buyer by email in the same manner.
Delivery of a product will occur between 2 (two) - 12 (twelve) business days (standard shipping, drop-shipping / courier) after acceptance of an order. A buyer can arrange collection of orders from CH Collection SA® either in-person or via alternative courier.
Drop-shipping; we have taken our customer service to the next level (Post-Covid) and decided to work our way around the "new norm" by offering our clients the drop-shipping facility which is directly linked to our suppliers. Should we not have stock readily available to our clients we will automatically place your order directly with the supplier and they will ensure that your delivery is taken care of and delivered straight to your home or office. This our way of ensuring that we go the extra mile to our clients.
Once the goods have left the CH Collection SA® distribution centre, we are unable to change the delivery address. Please ensure that your address details, contact telephone numbers etc. are correct. If selecting the courier / freight method, we recommend sending the goods to your work address where someone is present to take delivery of your order.
The buyer acknowledges that CH Collection SA® may, from time to time, be subject to production, delivery or other unforeseen delays and that CH Collection SA® may allocate distribution of products ordered among its customers at its sole discretion.
If buyer’s order has not been delivered within a reasonable time (4-6 week), the buyer should first refer to CH Collection SA® email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
In case of express delivery service, a signature is required upon delivery. If no one is available at the delivery address to receive the products, CH Collection SA®’s delivery agent will leave an “unable to deliver” card at the address and the buyer should follow the directions on that card to obtain delivery of the products.
CH Collection SA® reserves the right to make partial delivery of an Order. Please check the delivery address prior to placing order, once an order leaves our distribution centre, we are unable change or redirect the delivery address.
All goods purchased from www.chcollection.co.za are shipped from South Africa, Johannesburg, Gauteng.
Courier service may take between 2 - 7 days to deliver, dependant on where the client is located, and if they opted for express (overnight - courier services) payment. This will obviously be at a higher rate for the client.
LOCK-DOWN (Terms & Conditions)
In terms of the Disaster Management Act and Framework provided by the government of South Africa, we operate strictly in accordance to the rules and regulations of each level of Lock-Down and the processes dictated.
No product WILL be delivered if it is not stipulated in accordance to the Disaster Management Act or Framework provided in the Level of lock-down at that given point in time. We are currently in Level 1 of the South African lock-down period,
Should we not have stock of the items, or garments ordered we will place your order on "back-order" reserve payment, and deliver the moment we are allowed to ito the Framework as adjudicated by the South African government.
If a refund is due and payable under approved circumstances, they are done once a week, on a Friday as we do not collectively do random pay-outs for every client.
*As per usual please allow working days in between transfers between banks.
Payment for products purchased from CH Collection SA® via the site can be done by using the secured online portal (PayFast) which allows Visa, MasterCard, & American Express.
Credit card information submitted by the buyer will be verified by the credit card provider, and the buyer will be advised if their order has been accepted. The buyer agrees to submit to CH Collection SA® such information as may be reasonably requested by CH Collection SA® or the credit card provider for the authorisation and verification of its credit card purchases.
Please note that buyer credit card numbers and details are not processed or retained on CH Collection SA® systems. Credit card providers may activate additional security measures, such as Verified by Visa or MasterCard Secure Code on your credit card (requiring an additional password). We have no control or access to credit card authentication systems. For all credit card issues you must contact your bank or credit card provider.
CH Collection SA® reserves the right to exercise its lawful remedies if a dispute arises over payment through the buyer’s credit card provider. But without limitation, if the buyer’s credit card provider rejects a payment when due, CH Collection SA® at its discretion may delay or cancel delivery of orders placed by the buyer.
CH Collection SA® may also offset and deduct from any refund due to the buyer all sums owed by the buyer to CH Collection SA®. If the buyer’s account is placed in collection, CH Collection SA® will be entitled to claim all reasonable expenses for collection, including legal fees incurred in connection therewith.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
If the buyer wishes to cancel an order prior to shipment, the buyer must contact CH Collection SA® Shop Online via email: and CH Collection SA® will endeavour to accommodate the buyer’s request provided the merchandise has not been shipped. If the buyer’s entire order is cancelled prior to shipment / delivery CH Collection SA® will apply a credit to the buyer’s credit card and may also apply a cancellation fee.
*We do not refund clients for orders placed during the lock-down period if they purchased items which are not allowed for distribution. The levels of lock-down will be amended and updated as and when we receive publication and proper notification from the South African Government.
We do not refund clients if the info provided by the client is incorrect or not fully completed. i.e.: Contact Name, Physical Address, Telephone Numbers (Mobile and or Office Telephone number, or incorrect orders placed.
Should all the relevant information not be available to our disposal we cannot deliver to the buyer, and will not be held accountable for incorrect information provided.
Should the information provided be inaccurate the buyer will be held liable for the transport / courier cost incurred.
EXCHANGE RATE POLICY
Unfortunately, we do not exchange or refund products that have been purchased from CH Collection SA® , hence the reason we have placed specific size charts of each brand on our website in both inches and cm's. This is so that the purchaser can understand what his size is on both garments in either cm's or inches.
We therefore urge our clients to study the size charts prior to purchasing any garment form our online store.

CH Collection SA® will arrange delivery of all products to the customer using its nominated freight carriers. A buyer must not arrange its own courier to collect the products from CH Collection SA®. Currently we make use of Dawn Wing, The Courier Guy & Aramex to deliver and distribute our orders timeously.
DHL International will be used for all international drop-shipping deliveries, to ensure that deliveries and tracking is done timeously and effortlessly.
INCORRECT SUPPLY OF ORDER
If due to a distribution centre of CH Collection SA® or other error on the part of CH Collection SA®, the Buyer receives a product which does not conform to its order, the buyer must contact CH Collection SA® within 7 days of receipt of the product and may purchase a replacement product from the site, after returning the original product to CH Collection SA®, provided that the returned product is in new condition with its original packaging unopened.
Before returning a product, the buyer must obtain from CH Collection SA® authorisation to return it and CH Collection SA® will cover delivery expenses.
PRODUCTS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
Claims for alleged damage to products caused in transit from CH Collection SA® to the destination specified by the buyer must be notified to CH Collection SA® as stated below within 48 hours of receipt of delivery and the consignment note must be marked as “Received Damaged”.
The buyer must contact the CH Collection SA® by email: email@example.com and obtain authorisation.
AMENDMENT OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
CH Collection SA® may revise these terms and conditions from time to time. Buyers should therefore periodically visit this page to familiarise themselves with any such revisions.
